DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM APPLICATION

The Discipleship Homes at Agape Life Gardens are designed for individuals who are ready to step into long-term transformation through Christ-centered discipleship, accountability, and community.
This is a one-year residential discipleship program focused on helping you grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically — building strong foundations for lasting change through intensive mentorship and Christian discipleship.
We are a Christian Discipleship program where Jesus Christ is the Chief Cornerstone of our faith.
Acceptance into the discipleship program will require that you have the following:
Good standing at your current church, rehabilitation program, or organization.
Letter of recomendation from a pastor, counselor, christian mentor, or program director.
At least three consecutive months of Sobriety from all substances, including but not limited to:
Narcotics, Alcohol, Controlled Substances, Nicotine, THC, CBD, etc.
This program may be a good fit for someone who is:
Ready to commit to a year of structured discipleship.
Seeking freedom from addiction or destructive patterns.
Desiring accountability, mentorship, and spiritual growth.
Willing to live in community and follow house guidelines.
Open to becoming who God created them to be.
Residents will experience:
Daily Bible study and discipleship
Accountability and mentorship
Life skills development
Healthy routines and structure
Community living centered on Christ

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1) Complete online application and submit
2) Complete a phone interview with the program Director
PRE -APPROVAL:
1) Provide a letter of recomendation from your Pastor, mentor, counselor, or program Director
2) Complete a 1,000 word that includes why you want to be at the Agape Life Gardens Discipleship home, what you hope to accomplish during your stay, a 3-month/6-month/1-year goal list, and some of your testimony.
3) There is a $200.00 non-refundable application fee that covers the inital costs of entry (drug test, background check, admin fees, discipleship material)
STEPS AFTER APPROVAL:
1) Complete intake process via skype or in person at our office. Background check will be submitted at this time.
2) Prior to admission you must have two weeks PROGRAM FEES for entry. Program fees include services that we believe help you deepen your walk in Jesus that include stable housing environment, some transportation, mentorship, and assistance with job placement.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Within 24 hours of admission into the Discipleship program, you will be required to complete an onboarding session to read over the rules and regulations, set your goals, and recieve your Discipleship Material. Once read you will have to sign that you understand and make a commitment to follow the discipleship home rules and regulations.

The Agape Discipleship Home is a sober living home which requires expulsion without prior notice or refund of program fees of any member who is found to be:
1. Using alcohol or any Illlegal or Legal drugs that are not permitted
2. In possession of alcohol or any Illegal/Legal drugs that are not permitted
3. Using any form of nicotine products (cigarettes, vapes, gums, patches, etc...)
4. Stealing of any kind from residents, staff, or the Agape homes
5. Engaging in violent behavior physically or verbally
6. Engaging repeatedly in disruptive behavior
7. Using any CBD, Delta 8/9/10, or any other form of CBD/THC products.
7. In default of weekly membership fee payments over the amount of $375.00
All members of the Agape Life Gardens pay for program fees. I understand and agree that I do not have renter's rights of tenants pursuant to the Alabama Property Code, and expressly waive any such rights in exchange for membership privileges. I also agree to abide by the responsibilities and commitments of the house and fully subject myself to the rules of the program.
