Hit the Ground Running is a program offered by Trinity

Transitional Housing for Clients who are “employment ready”

from the day they enter our program. The intention of the

program is to allow enough time for an individual who is

starting over in life and just needs a place to live while they

secure gainful employment and become self-sufficient.

To Qualify an Applicant must be ready and willing to work full time on the first

day of housing.

Award – If you are accepted TTH will pay your first months Program Fee and

move in fee. If applicant secures employment by the 21st day TTH will pay your

next month’s program fee.

The Program- Applicants who are accepted are expected to begin looking for work

immediately. Once you secure employment they must provide the housing

manager with the name of the employer, the start date, and contact information

to verify. In order to qualify for the second month’s program fee, we must verify

employment by the 21st day. If employment is not secured by the 21st day, you are no longer

eligible for HTGR and you become self-pay. It is up to you to figure out how your program fees

will be paid. You can apply for other assistance, but you just need to make sure

your payment is made according to the house rules.

Nobody will be removed from the house for not finding employment. But

you can be removed for not paying the program fees as agreed to in the rules.

Employment must be from a licensed company that is responsive to our

requests. We must be able to verify employment without delay.
