Overview:
Serenity Homes provides recovery housing with a focus on personal growth and dedication to sobriety, adhering to the standards of the National Association of Recovery Residences (NARR) as a Level II Recovery Residence.
Core Values
- Commitment: Creating a safe space for individuals in recovery.
- Heart: Encouraging humility for personal growth and change.
- Responsibility: Empowering residents to make lasting life changes.
- Intention: Living mindfully to achieve positive outcomes.
- Support: Building a strong, substance-free community.
- Transformation: Fostering spiritual growth for deep, lasting change.
At Serenity Homes, residents are expected to work, participate in household chores, and regularly attend recovery meetings. As a sober living environment—not a treatment facility—residents are required to actively engage in a recovery plan of their own choosing. Our community promotes personal responsibility, spiritual growth, and a sense of family among residents, supporting each other’s journey.
Whether someone is new to recovery or has a long history with it, ongoing support and encouragement are essential. The community environment within our homes provides the necessary support and aids in a gradual transition to a happier, healthier lifestyle, demonstrating that it is possible to live and thrive within the broader community. Many people need a safe and supportive living environment to achieve their desired recovery, and it is with this understanding that Serenity Homes was established.
