1.

I understand intense focus must be put into the program requirements and the goals I have set forth. I understand that I will not be allowed to date for the first 90 days and may have limited contact with my family members immediately after release, although situations involving spouses and children will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.

Curfew is 8 PM to 6 AM on weeknights (Sunday – Thursday) and 10 PM to 6 AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday).   All activities are quieted by 11pm so as not to interfere with other participants’ sleep. We ask that you keep TV, radio, and phone conversations volume down to a minimum.

After the first 30 days of being in our program, curfew will be changed to 10 PM to 6 AM on weeknights (Sunday – Thursday) and 12 AM        to 6 AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday).
No one is allowed to be absent from the house overnight unless they have an overnight pass or have been approved by the House Leader      due to their job, (work schedule must be provided to House Leader first).
Overnight passes will not be granted in your first 30 days or when your program fees are overdue, excluding emergency situations.

3.

Effective January 1, 2024 a new member will be required to make their first program fee payment of $130 on the third Friday after they move in. You are required to pay $130 each week thereafter in the form of a payment through the designated online account or by money order WITHOUT DEMAND - meaning, it is each participant’s responsibility to purchase a money order without being reminded to do so by their House Leader or FFM Staff. Money orders will be collected by each House Leader every Friday. Online payments may be made by contacting the Intake Coordinator to provide payment source information.  Late payments may result in a fee, curfew restrictions and or denial of weekend passes. Non-payment will result in dismissal from the program.  Weekly program fees for the Kansas City, KS transitional house will be $140 each week, effective January 1, 2024 as it is the only location that offers private rooms.

Late fee payment process is as follows:
1st week: Meet with the House Leader to discuss circumstances and make a plan to pay the full amount owed by the next               week.
2nd week: 100% of balance paid in full, plus the full payment for the current week, or will be asked to leave the program.

Alternative payment plans may be authorized by Firm Foundations Ministries staff on a case-by-case basis and must have the Regional          Directors (or higher, e.g. Operations Director or Executive Director) approval beforehand.

No program fees may be prepaid unless approved by Firm Foundations Ministries staff. Should prepayment be approved, you MUST               make your payments by setting up a designated online account..

4.

I understand I am required to  maintain full-time employment. Upon entering participants will be given 3-4 weeks to find a job. Participants on disability or unemployment will have 2 weeks to find a place to volunteer and must volunteer to the level allowed by those programs.
