We appreciate your interest in our sober living facility. Please be advised that by engaging

our services, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms of our no refund policy

outlined below:

1. **Refund Exclusion**: Under no circumstances will any refunds be issued to sober living

clients, regardless of the circumstances.

2. **Monthly Membership Fees and Security Deposits**: Both monthly membership fees

and security deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once paid, these fees are considered

fully earned by the facility and will not be returned for any reason.

3. **Pro-Rated Refunds**: Clients departing the sober living facility prematurely, exiting

against medical advice (AMA), experiencing relapse, or facing any other circumstance will

not be entitled to pro-rated refunds.

4. **Acknowledgment of Policy**: By enrolling in our sober living program, clients agree to

waive any rights to refunds, whether in part or in full, for any reason whatsoever.

5. **Exceptions**: There are no exceptions to this policy. Regardless of individual

circumstances or occurrences, refunds will not be granted.

6. **Modification of Policy**: This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the sober

living facility management. Any modifications will be communicated to clients in writing.

7. **Enforcement**: Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the termination of

services without refund.

8. **Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes regarding this policy will be resolved in

accordance with the terms outlined in our client agreement.

By continuing with the enrollment process or by residing within our sober living facility, you

acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this no refund policy.
