- I understand that if I go more than 24 hours without contacting any house member, a missing person report may be filed with the local police. If I am absent from the house for more than 72 hours, my belongings may be packed up, and I will lose my house status, spot, room, and bed. 

-  I agree to attend a minimum of three (3) recovery activities each week. This requirement is in addition to any aftercare recommendations or government mandates, such as IOP, probation officer visits, or drug court sessions.

- I understand that attendance at the weekly house meeting with all house members is mandatory. These meetings are held to review house events and to provide updates on my personal recovery progress.

- I understand that my $350 move-in fee in non-refundable.

-I understand that my weekly share of living expenses ($200) must be paid in advance at the beginning of each week.

-I understand that if I incur a negative balance, I will be expelled from the house. The house may vote to extend a member’s stay; however, under no circumstances may the member’s balance increase. To keep an extension granted by house vote valid, a minimum of the weekly living expenses must be paid within two days of the weekly due date. Weekly living expenses include utilities, internet, and cleaning supplies, but do not include food or personal hygiene items.

- I understand that if I am expelled from the house, choose to move out on my own, or go more than 24 hours without contacting the house, my next of kin or emergency contact will be notified.

-  I understand that all house members must provide a UA upon request without exception.
