The SNAP/Food Stamp Benefits office expects that the food be purchased and consumed by the individual who has been awarded the Snap/Food Stamp Benefit.  They also request that we be able to prove that the food awarded was consumed by the person that received this benefit.  For this reason, we will not allow any participant in the Joseph’s Home Program to register for and receive SNAP/Food Stamps. There isn’t any way we can prove where the food goes once it is purchased. To not be able to prove this could be considered fraud and legal action could be taken against Joseph’s Home.
If a participant is discovered with SNAP/Food Stamps while residing at Joseph’s Home, they will be removed from the property and all rights and privileges of being a part of this program are revoked. By signing this you agree to this policy.
Remember, God provides our food. He always has and always will.
