PRIVATE A/C REQUEST – NEW VINE LIVING

To help manage utility costs fairly, New Vine Living offers optional private air conditioning units in select bedrooms for an additional fee.

New Vine Living will provide cooling in common areas during Summer months May 15th- September 15th. 

Private A/C Fee:
• $10.00 per week per room

Payment Structure:
• If both roommates agree to use the A/C, each resident will be charged $5.00 per week (both must fill out a form)
• If only one roommate wants the A/C, that resident may choose to cover the full $10.00 weekly fee
• If neither resident agrees to the fee, the A/C unit may not be used

Important:
• Weekly fees will be added to regular program/rent payments
• Unauthorized use of private A/C units may result in additional charges or removal of the unit
• Residents are expected to use A/C responsibly and keep windows closed while operating units

• If you elect to get an AC it will be for the time of request through September 15th continuously. There will not be an option to remove intermittently.
